POOLTECHNIKA s.r.o. ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Pooltechnika AR mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App.

1. Data Collection and Use

The App is designed to provide an Augmented Reality (AR) experience to help you visualize pool installations. We do not collect any personal data through the App.

Camera Usage

The App requires access to your device's camera to enable Augmented Reality features. The camera is used for:

• Detecting planes (floors, ground) for pool placement.
• Estimating environmental lighting to render realistic 3D models.

All camera data is processed locally on your device in real-time. We do not capture, store, or transmit any video or image data from your camera to our servers or any third parties.

Screenshots

The App includes a feature that allows you to take screenshots of your AR visualizations. When you take a screenshot, the image is saved directly to your device's local photo gallery or storage. We do not have access to these screenshots, and they are not transmitted to our servers.

2. Third-Party Services

The App is built using Unity and AR Foundation. These platforms process data locally on the device to provide the AR functionality. The App does not use any third-party analytics or tracking services that collect personal information.
